Ian has 20+ years experience in running audio-visual data projection for a variety of events, Churches and conferences.

Software we use
Ian has a high spec Windows 11 gaming Laptop which is set up with ProPresenter and PowerPoint he can plug in and use with a USB C display port for stage display (using USB C to HDMI Adapter). Although if the venue that is used for the event has ProPresenter set up on Windows or Mac Ian can use that system.

PowerPoint – A Microsoft program that presents slides and videos. Ian can use PowerPoint for small gatherings if this just involves running some slides although ProPresenter is the preferred system. Ian has a PowerPoint clicker available if the presenter/s would like to run the PowerPoint presentation themselves.

ProPresenter is a program that can do lyrics, motion backgrounds, stills, video playback, and message notes. Ian prefers using ProPresenter to deliver the best Audio-Visual experience. Ian has a vast collection of motion backgrounds for worship.

We use the 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio for the best audio-visual experience on a projector or LED Screen/TV.

Fee includes set up and rehearsal time pre event as well as pack down afterwards.

Travel and accommodation need to be paid for and covered or arranged for events outside of Auckland that require an overnight stay.
